Varsity Boys Continue To Struggle Against Gaylord

With the varsity boys having troubles winning games as of late, the Bulldogs were hoping to change things around against the undefeated Gaylord St. Mary’s. In game one against the Snowbirds the Bulldogs were confident in sophomores Ian Clancy’s pitching. Clancy and the Bulldogs kept the game close until an error in the outfield scored two runs that the Bulldogs could not score back. The varsity boys took a 1-3 loss in game one.

In game two the Bulldogs knew once again that they had to fight to get at least a split against the Snowbirds. The Snowbirds came out stronger and were able to take a commanding 0-6 loss. With losing two games on the day, the varsity boys continue to lose games.

With the season coming to an end the varsity boys baseball team has to do some work to prepare for a tough district.
