Coming into Friday’s game against rival Onaway, the junior varsity boys had an advantage on the Cardinals having won the first matchup back on January 19.

Knowing that the Cardinals would be coming for revenge, the Bulldogs had to step up to make sure that didn’t happen.

Right off the bat, the Bulldogs came out and hung in the game with the lead shifting back and forth going into halftime with a score of 31-26 to the Bulldogs.

The boys hung in there until the fourth quarter, where it slipped away from them.

The Bulldogs lost 67-54.

They play Bellaire on Monday in Bellaire.
