The junior varsity boys continue to roll through teams now with a 12-4 record, and now on a 2 game win streak.
With Pellston coming into town to play the Bulldogs the boys were ready for this game again without starting forward Tristan Overholt who is still out with an injury.
The Bulldogs came out right away and got the score up on Pellston with a score of 37-4 at half.
“I was very pleased with our team defensive hustle,” head coach Lee Nash said. “They were able to work together and get into the passing lanes.”
The Bulldogs were led by Luke Mayer with 15, Caeden Blumke with 9, and Shao Chao with 8.
“Shao was lights out,” Nash said. “That was a great example of how our team works together as a unit, and it was a fun night to coach basketball.”
The final score was 54-7.
The Bulldogs play rival Onaway on Friday.
“We got to stay focused on Onaway now,” sophomore Ronnie Labrecque.
