With a now 11-4 record, the junior varsity boys continue to stay hot this season.

Heading south to play a tough Forest Area team, the Bulldogs were without starting forward Triston Overholt who was out with an injury.

Early on in the game, the JV struggled on defense, but were able to overcome it in the final three quarters.

“Our defense really came together,” freshman Luke Mayer said. “And as a team, we had good communication.”

Leading scorers for the Bulldogs were Cleveland Baker with 18, Luke Mayer with 12, and Thomas Trombly with 10.

The final score was 69-52

The Bulldogs play Pellston at home on Wednesday.
