JV Boys Keep Rolling Against Onaway

Coming into rowdy environment in Onaway the junior varsity boys had there work cut out for them. With an impressive 7-1 record they hoped to get a quick win on the road.

The jv boys wasted little time as they hoped on Onaway quick to build up a big lead on the Cardinals. The boys had Onaway scrambling early on as they had troubles breaking the Bulldogs full court press, and took a early technical foul.

The jv boys were able to get a blow out 50-28 win against Onaway sweeping them on the season.

Luke Mayer lead the team in scoring with 13, Luke Parker added 11, Nathaniel Wandrie had 10, Evan Malczyinski Fairchild had 5, and Jesse Witulski had 4.

“We played great,” sophomore Luke Parker said. “We executed and got our second string in.”

The junior varsity boys play again on Friday February 3 in Pellston.
