The Bulldogs came out fired up and ready to play at kickoff. They were hitting big, but by the end of the first quarter Johannesburg-Lewiston was up 26-0.
The 2nd quarter the Bulldogs fought hard, not letting the Cardinals score, leaving the halftime score 26-0.
Going into the second half, lineman Joey Compeau said, “I felt angry that we were losing twenty-six to nothing, but I still had hope that we could still win the game.”
The third quarter was a rough quarter for the JV Bulldogs. Johannesburg extended their lead to 38-0.
In the final quarter, the Bulldogs pushed the ball up the field and fought hard. They scored their first points, but the final score was 52-6.
