French Classes Celebrate Mardi Gras

“I’ve been making crêpes since 1988,” teacher Jill Blaskowski said. “In French 1, I make the crêpes and bring everything in for the students, but in French 2, I make the mix, and they have to bring in everything else and cook them themselves. And so Mardi Gras is a good day to make crepes, since it’s ‘Fat Tuesday.'”
