The JV girls last home game started with the team rushing up and down the court, scoring fast break layups after numerous steals on the defensive end.

The JV Lady Bulldogs started off strong in the first quarter and continued with more of the same to end the first half with the score of 22-17.

The girls came out flat after halftime, starting out rough, and lost the lead as the Raiders hit several outside shots. Detour’s Sierra Burton hit 3 three pointers in the second half.

In the final quarter, the Bulldogs lost focus, lacked crisp passing and none of their baskets seemed to fall in.

The JV Lady Bulldogs lost 29-32.

Hannah Green led with 15 points.

The Lady Bulldogs head to Mancelona on Thursday, February 25, for the final regular season game.
